How This Works

Small Projects

All minor work is done in-house by our handyman. We do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, change filters, change lights, hang TV's & frames, audio connections, put together & help install furniture & other equipment, etc...

Large Projects

All major work; we get quotes & find the best candidates for you for all your projects. We make sure they are licensed when need, insured, certified, experienced and capable to do the work. We verify proper compliance and completion for the work. We act as your project manager.

Property Management Software - Owner

We (and you) manage all of your vendors and contractors for you and give you access to your own management software portal.

Property Management Software - Tenant

If you have any tenants, they will also have access to the management portal where we can set up & help to collect the rent for you (if you need us too.) And your tenants can also put in maintenance tickets and we will respond to tenant maintenance request.

Security

We will also offer to set up a FREE security system & a remote access system, etc... to give you security and control. (doors locks, cameras, alarms, etc...) We have a door lock vendor where you can use: remote button open, fingerprints, digital keys, temporary passwords for visitors, etc...
